I am a Born Again Christian, and I write books that I believe are inspired by God and that reflect my values and beliefs. In the case with the Martinez family, Carlos and Gloria, the husband and wife, have to deal with the challenge of dealing with their son who is caught up in the world of drugs and rebellion. In both cases, their faith in Jesus Christ gets them through.

The most important matter of concern for theologians today, as always, is the existence of God. Theologians of the past have relied upon rational proofs for God's existence, especially those based on an analysis of contingency and causality. These Thomistic proofs served their purpose in a culture that was permeated with philosophical orientations and metaphysical argumentation. But such logical arguments seem to have lost their relevance in our technological age. They search for signs of the divine presence in their daily life experiences. This problematic of identifying God's presence in an experience may necessitate the construction of an entirely new theological methodology radically different from the traditional one which proceeded largely by way of rational analysis. Realizing this, Father Meyer analyzes, from the theological point of view, the experience of God's presence in daily life and surveys the criteria and norms by which that experience can be identified as being of divine origin. He also includes an analysis of the fundamental yet often forgotten role of the Holy Spirit in religious experience, thereby exploring the basis of the current Pentecostal movement.

It is a tale of three men who survived the horror of Nazi Germany during the second world war. the men were able to stay alive during interment in a concentration camp. A struggle was carried out each and every day. Finally they were freed at the end of the war. They came to America and found freedom. Some lost their families and one lost his wife and child. Anger and hate was always in their minds, but they found their faith to be strong and eventually were able to give of themselves to others. It is a remarkable journey. God always finds those in need and hears your prayers. When one finds love in your heart, you can touch the souls of other hearts. Their reward was to be found in the afterlife. There they will continue their struggle to witness and remember those that died during the Holocaust. Their new affirmation was to help people remember and to do good deeds by directly loving others.

""What shall we do?"" was the question people asked John the Baptist as they came to be baptized. Others asked this question of Jesus during his ministry in Galilee, and of Peter on the Day of Pentecost. After two thousand years, even many confirmed Christians remain confused. May a Christian work on the Sabbath? Is the Sabbath Saturday or Sunday? Must we eat Kosher? Paul said that Christ fulfilled the Law, so what are the rules for today? Must Christians still follow the Ten Commandments, or have all the commandments been abolished in favor of ""love""? If there is no Law, is anything still a sin? What are we required to do, or forbidden to do, and how much can we get away with, and still be saved? The New Testament, especially in the practical teachings of the Apostle Paul, contains adequate answers to many of these questions and provides principles for making Godly decisions even on debatable matters never dreamt of two thousand years ago.
