Vols. 1-9 contain cases from 1756 to 1878; Vol. 10 includes cases in v. 1-9 overruled or reversed in decisions, and reported 1878-1883; Vol. 11 contains the same for cases reported 1883 to 1886.

"The Rev. Francis Dill, Presbyterian Minister of Clough, in the county of Down, in connexion with the General Synod of Ulster, John Blackwood, John Anderson, and William Kennedy, on behalf of themselves and all the other members of said congregation... it prays that the said defendants may answer the premises, and that the trusts of the said lease of fee-farm grant of the 13th of May, 1736, be performed and carried into execution; and that it may be declared, that according to the true construction, intent, and meaning thereof, the said meeting-house, grave-yard, and other premises, comprised in the said grant were granted, and are now held in trust for the members of said congregation"--P.
