In order to thank Zagan for building the castle's grand bath, Lilith offers to use her powers to help Zagan and Nephy enjoy a date within their dreams. But will that really work out, considering their devastatingly poor sense of imagination? Meanwhile, the hunt for Shere Khan intensifies as more Archdemons reveal themselves and the looming threat Alshiera has been fighting draws ever closer.

Having learned the truth of her origins, Nephteros flees from Archdemon Bifrons. While being pursued by a chimera into Zagan’s territory, she has a fateful encounter with Angelic Knights. Meanwhile, Nephy and Zagan have finally confessed their feelings to each other, but neither of them have any idea how to act like a normal couple. After getting some much-needed advice, Zagan learns of a mysterious event know as a “date” and goes on a research trip in town.

Having finally dealt with Shere Khan, a party is held to celebrate both the victory and Zagan’s birthday. Spirits are high all around when Gremory, who has been starved of love power due to her mission, declares the start of the Kianoides love power general meeting. Participants are dragged in, willingly or otherwise, and must recount love stories both recent and old to provide the granny with her requisite dose of sugar. After accepting Lilith's request for a larger bath, Zagan begins the construction of a grand bath in his castle to reward the services of his subordinates and provide a place of relaxation for Nephy and the other girls. Life in the castle is as peaceful and noisy as ever. However, Bifrons' evil schemes are advancing toward them, and the mysteries of what Alshiera has been fighting against for so long slowly begin to unravel.

Since they're already all the way out in the ocean, Zagan's group decides to go relax on a beach. Everybody changes clothes, and the men are all dazzled by the sight of the women in swimsuits. However, things take a turn when an Archangel named Michael drops by to deliver news that a sorcerer who slaughtered one of the Archdemons has marked Zagan as their next target!

The world is abuzz as centuries of hostilities between sorcerers and Angelic Knights have been brought to a screeching halt by the now-widespread knowledge of the relationship between Chastille and Barbatos—disregarding whether they admit to actually being in one. Meanwhile, Zagan begins his research into how to destroy the Sacred Swords so that he can free the seraphs sealed within them. At the same time, faced with various challenges like Marchosios’s scheming and the demons’ arrival, he plays his next hand: to begin negotiations with the oldest living Archdemon, Forneus. A month of peaceful days have passed since Bifrons's hectic evening ball. Having gained many new followers, Zagan's castle is now bustling with activity. After everyone has settled in, Nephy asks Zagan if she can visit her old home to find information on high elves. As such, the group heads off to the northern holy lands, to the hidden elven village, but somebody is already there awaiting their arrival...

Zagan is feared by the masses as an evil sorcerer. Both socially awkward and foulmouthed, he spends his days studying sorcery while beating down any trespassers within his domain. One day he's invited to a dark auction, and what he finds there is an elven slave girl of peerless beauty, Nephy. Having fallen in love at first sight, Zagan uses up his entire fortune to purchase her, but being a poor conversationalist, he has no idea how to properly interact with her. Thus, the awkward cohabitation of a sorcerer who has no idea how to convey his love and his slave who yearns for her master but has no idea how to appeal to him begins.

Having finally revealed themself before Zagan at the evening ball, Archdemon Bifrons unleashes a dreadful sludge monster upon everyone present. Bifrons's own servant Nephteros quickly falls prey to the beast and is absorbed as part of the monster. Despite her past antagonism, Nephy pleads with Zagan to save the poor girl from her miserable fate. Not one to turn down a request from his bride, Zagan sets forth to do the impossible as sorcerers and Angelic Knights alike must now band together in a desperate fight for survival!

It's a kind of magic! Love and sorcery continue taking root in more ways than one as Zagan is faced with Angelic Knights, snarky friends, and... a council of Archdemons?!
