IV, by striking out the words and a secretary-treasurer and inserting in their place the words a Secretary and a Treasurer; but these last two offices may be held by the same person, so that the section will read: Art. IV. Officers. The officers of this Society shall be a President, two vice-presidents, a Secretary and a Treasurer; but these two last Offices may be held by the same person.
