Faith Void The Greatest Destroyer Of Mankind

eBook Download

BOOK EXCERPT:

In Faith Void, Ballah Kemah reveals that without faith, no one can be a conqueror and a victor. He also reveals that, in our pursuits in life, faith is what we need to carry us through the ups and downs. Some call it drive, but faith is the fuel that keeps a drive alive. Based on his personal experience when God miraculously delivered him from several life or death situations; simply based on his faith in the power of God’s word, the Author wrote this book. He uses scriptural references from the Bible as basis for the revelations in this book. Faith is not just about being religious; rather, it is the source of hope and confidence that one needs in order to fulfill a dream and to become victorious when faced with a situation that is too big to handle. It is a good thing to have faith in oneself, but it is best to have faith in God. Only God knows tomorrow and with him all things are possible. A life without purpose is worse than physical death, but with faith, you will have courage and confidence, which will in turn cause you to take action toward your dreams and there by living in God’s plans for your life. With faith in God, nothing is impossible as long as you’re walking in his plans for you! How do you know God’s plans for you? Read Jeremiah 29:11–14. Stay in faith, and see the miracle working hand of God.

Destroyer

eBook Download

BOOK EXCERPT:

Many pastors preach about Jesus and his mission. However, few teach about Satan and how he seeks to destroy anything of God. Satan and evil are real; he is powerful, and we are at war with him. In Destroyer, author S.A. Timlin brings awareness of Satan and of his constant deceits and manipulations. Through extensive Bible study and researching from sources such as videos and television shows relating to Satan, hell, and the afterlife, Timlin offers an in-depth look at Satan and his evil deeds. The author addresses a host of questions and asks you to reflect: • Where are you going when you die? • Are you sure of your final destination? • Do you believe in Satan? • Do you believe in heaven and hell? Through a host of scripture and other examples, Destroyer shows how your eternity is at stake. You must choose one: either heaven or hell. Belief in Jesus brings you to heaven. All other choices land you in hell.

Man Creator Or Destroyer

eBook Download

BOOK EXCERPT:

First published in 1952, Man, Creator or Destroyer makes clear that mankind is preeminent both as a creator and as a destroyer. And we are doomed unless creative man can master destructive man. But how gain this mystery? How strengthen the one and weaken the other? This and other vital questions are answered clearly for the general reader interested in creative work, from art and science to crime-prevention and international statecraft. The first part is concerned with man’s creative power which distinguishes him from all else on earth and suggests that man is much more than a machine or an animal. In the second part attention moves to man’s destructive power and studies his inclination to obstruct and shatter his own constructive work. The book concludes with an examination of the ways in which the creative power can gain the mastery.

The Destroyer And The Lamb

eBook Download

BOOK EXCERPT:

Matthias Reinhard Hoffmann identifies an angelomorphic portrait of Christ in certain passages of Revelation and provides possible reasons for the inclusion of an angelomorphic Christology: Angelomorphic Christology is not regarded as an isolated christological concept. In turn, the author compares angelomorphic Christology with the prominent Lamb Christology of Revelation. A comparison of these concepts reveals that both Lamb and angelomorphic Christology serve the purpose of contrasting different functions of Christ. The functions correspond with the implied perception of Christ by his followers on the one hand and his opponents on the other. Accordingly, Christ appears to be an eschatological juridical figure (described in angelomorphic patterns) to his opposition, while he is perceived as salvific redeemer (in form of the Lamb) by those who believe in him. Such a christological perspective draws on traditions from the Exodus narrative, namely the features of the Passover Lamb and the Destroying Angel. Further, equality between God and Christ is established despite an angelomorphic portrait of Christ: especially those passages describing Christ as the Lamb put him on par with God. But also within visions with an angelomorphic description of Christ, his status as superior to angels and as an equal to God is displayed.
