The Eye Care Indicator Menu (ECIM) is a comprehensive set of input, output, outcome and impact indicators that Member States can select from to facilitate the monitoring of strategies and actions for eye care provision at the national and/or sub-national level, in line with integrated people-centred eye care. The ECIM provides a purposeful resource for Member States to develop or improve an eye care monitoring framework to monitor the implementation and results of the strategic eye care plan against intended objectives, to integrate eye care into the health information system and to build evidence through eye care data collection.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Decision Support Systems, ICDSST 2018, held in Heraklion, Greece, in May 2018. The main topic of this year’s conference was “Sustainable Data-Driven and Evidence Based Decision Support”. The 15 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 71 submissions. They were organized in topical sections named: decision support systems for a sustainable society; decision support systems serving the public; decision support systems in management and organization; and advances in decision support systems’ technologies and methods. This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Conference on Scale-Space Theories in Computer Vision, Scale-Space'99, held in Corfu, Greece, in September 1999. The 36 revised full papers and the 18 revised posters presented in the book were carefully reviewed and selected from 66 high-quality submissions.
