Life for Souichiro Hino and Itsuki Aoyama and their Love Club aka Ghostbusters should be getting easier. The club finally have a teacher adviser who won't run screaming into the night. They've even managed to attract girls who aren't spirits to their ranks. However, fate and Souko Hino, Souichiro's mother, have other plans. Souko chooses not to warn them when they take on a video game that is a portal to hell. She even farms them out to sold a haunting of a historic mansion. Souichiro Hino's mother may be a world famous psychic, but she sure has trouble keeping track of everyday details. For example, that 'wonderful' new school she sent him to was embroiled in a string of grisly murders. All of the victims were male students like Souichiro. Nor did she mention that fellow psychic and childhood friend, Itsuki Aoyama, attended the school and was expecting him to do something about all of that. Somehow, his friend had gotten it into his head that a random group of kids – and one friendly spirit of a dead honor student – could take on and defeat The Seven Mysteries of Seika Academy, which actually numbered ten or more. Souichiro didn't have time to object. There was a killer Sakura tree in the garden and a portal to hell in the Emergency Stairwell. If all of this wasn't bad enough, there was that 'connection' between him and Itsuki. They hadn't seen each other for years, yet everyone treated them like a couple! Souichiro Hino and Itsuki Aoyama and their Love Club, aka 'Ghostbusters,' think their biggest problems are solving and defeating The Seven Mysteries of Seika Academy. Souichiro sure thinks that enough for them to worry about. However, there seems to be more than seven mysteries. Not even Itsuki knows how many there may actually be, or when they might pop up and suck them into another dimension. On top of all that, there are the mysteries that come to visit on their own. First, there is the new school doctor who turns out to be a flesh eating demon with family problems. And then, there is the ghost of a little girl chasing the ghost of a little kitten. Somehow, they are connected to the teacher that's gone berserk and keeps chasing Love Club members with a broom. As Souichiro is in a near constant battle for his life and dodging the affections of all the wrong guys, he often wonders why his mother, world famous psychic, Souko Hino, thought this school was a good idea!

 The castle has become lively with the addition of a butler and a daughter, and as Zagan and Nephy's awkward days continue, Nephy is suddenly attacked in town. And the one who attacked her... is a girl who looks identical to Nephy, but with dark skin?! Immediately following that incident, Zagan receives an invitation from an Archdemon to an evening ball on a boat?! The residents of Zagan's castle head off toward a luxurious party, fully aware of the danger!
