As Urd summons her demonic potential to defeat the infernal machine menacing her sister, Skuld stands by with a holdout bomb should things go out of control. But they may already be out of control, as Belldandy is forced to play her own last, terrible, and most unexpected card — offering Keiichi the chance to cancel their contract!

Then, a Nekomi Motor Club recruitment drive nets him the unwelcome figure of a would-be romantic rival — and not from the usual pack of greasy anthropoids Keiichi hangs out with. This guy drives a Ferrari!

The hostile takeover of Hell is bearing forbidden fruit all over Earth, as their aggressive new customer-service campaign makes rapid gains in the battle for market share...over us! The reason gods and demons grant humans wishes is the energy they gain from the strength of our desires...a cosmic competition kept stable only when both sides are equal, and by linking each god to a demon through the Doublet System.
