Vendarle pa drugi del po vsebini presega prvega, saj vključuje razmišljanja, perspektive in kritične analize priznanih tujih raziskovalcev, ki naslavljajo nekatera najbolj ključna vprašanja v preseku med dinamiko trga dela v EU in vzorci čezmejne delovne mobilnosti.
