The words in this book would not be without God giving them to me. I pray they say what God wants them to say, the way God wants them said. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights…” (James 1:17) Within the pages of this book, there are prayers asking for forgiveness, prayers asking for strength and prayers of praise and thankfulness. There are prayers expressing pain, prayers expressing sorrow and prayers expressing love for God. They all come from deep within my heart and they all bring comfort and release. I meant the words in this book to be personal and private, just between me and God. But God placed a strong feeling within me that the words weren’t meant just for me, and so I am following God’s will in publishing this book.
