The book introduces a number of selected medicinal and aromatic plants from cultivated plant species in Jordan. The species discussed here are illustrated in full-color photos and up-to-date information on species’ medicinal and economical values is presented. The book considers 209 species belonging to 67 botanical families which are cultivated as fruit and forestry trees, vegetables, culinary herbs and spices, aromatic and ornamental plants, and some species which can be found in different biogeographical regions of the country.
