BOOK EXCERPT:
Rowan and Keaton Arvanatis never had too much going on in their lives until they were kidnapped by a complete stranger one day at school. This stranger was Damian, who owned an entire cooperation composed of centaurs. Rowan and Keaton both had something they never knew they had, and it was the key ingredient to reaching Damians objective. What Damian wanted was to turn every human in the world into a centaur, to seek vengeance for his father, who had sacrificed his life many years ago for the centaur race. Rowan and Keaton embarked on a journey along with two other companions to stop Damian, and the only way they could do that was to reach The Everlasting Rainbow

BOOK EXCERPT:
Legend of the Rainbow Warriors is a journalist's account of one of the core myths of America, and an electrifying exploration of how that myth is playing out in real time. One dominant myth is formed by advertising images of vast, luxurious wealth-the myth of materialism. Another myth is conjured in the bloody, sorrowful images that pervade movies, music and computer games-the myth that the world is hate-filled and chaotic beyond redemption. The Legend of the Rainbow Warriors offers a spiritual alternative of hope and real possibility based upon respect, freedom and responsibility. As drawn from dozens of historical accounts, the Legend of the Rainbow Warriors relates that "when the Earth becomes desperately sick, people of all colors and faiths will unite, and rise to face the overwhelming challenges with insight, honesty, caring, sharing, and respect." Veteran writer Steven McFadden weaves the myths and the headlines together seamlessly in a rich work of literary journalism that is adroitly crafted, eye-opening, and soul-inspiring.

BOOK EXCERPT:
Have you ever questioned whether God really loves you or even cares about your problems? With certainty, Lee Boardway will tell you that He not only loves you with an everlasting love, but He has said so in "Technicolor" fashion! This message is clear all around the world, throughout our day, every day! That mystical veil of color that appears suddenly after the rain has fallen is God's love-letter to all who happen to gaze heavenward and enjoy its beauty. Within this bridge of hues, He has given us all a sign that we are treasured beyond our comprehension. Our artistic Creator has used His magnificent talent to draw our eyes (and hearts) skyward, in the hope that we will stop and listen to what He has to say. You say you don't know what He is like? The Rainbow Proclamation will help you get to know God's heart and His overwhelming, self-sacrificing love for you and all of mankind. While leprechauns do not exist, there really is gold at the "end" of the rainbow — streets of gold!

BOOK EXCERPT:
Venerated as god and goddess, feared as demon and pestilence, trusted as battle omen, and used as a proving ground for optical theories, the rainbow's image is woven into the fabric of our past and present. From antiquity to the nineteenth century, the rainbow has played a vital role in both inspiring and testing new ideas about the physical world. Although scientists today understand the rainbow's underlying optics fairly well, its subtle variability in nature has yet to be fully explained. Throughout history the rainbow has been seen primarily as a symbol&—of peace, covenant, or divine sanction&—rather than as a natural phenomenon. Lee and Fraser discuss the role the rainbow has played in societies throughout the ages, contrasting its guises as a sign of optimism, bearer of Greek gods' messages of war and retribution, and a symbol of the Judeo-Christian bridge to the divine. The authors traverse the bridges between the rainbow's various roles as they explore its scientific, artistic, and folkloric visions. This unique book, exploring the rainbow from the perspectives of atmospheric optics, art history, color theory, and mythology, will inspire readers to gaze at the rainbow anew. BOOK EXCERPT:
Many believers see the book of Revelation as a book that is too hard to understand. The third verse of this book has a promised blessing: Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it because the time is near. The Lord would not offer a blessing and then turn it into confusion! So why is this book so difficult to so many? Because the average modern-day believer does not have a firm understanding of the Old Testament. The book of Revelation is explained in the Old Testament. The purpose of this book is to help the reader journey through the Old Testament into the clarity of Revelation. If you heard me say, We are going to celebrate like it is the Fourth of July, what would you think? When you hear that phrase, what mental pictures come to your mind? Fireworks? BBQ? Summertime? I did not mention any of those words. I just said Fourth of July. Theres an association there, and that association is key. However, if we lived in some other foreign country and you overheard me use that same phrase, what mental picture would you have if you had never been to America? Maybe none because there would be no understanding of the event or meaning. This is where many modern-day believers are when it comes to understanding the depth and meaning of the Old Testament. One may understand a story or two, but not many have the clarity needed to fully understand the meaning and purpose of the Old Testament language used in the New Testament, especially in the last book of the Bible. My goal is to help you understand and apply Gods Word in proper context.
