Therefore always we should keep in mind that success will depend on the strength of each link. Each link has its importance and ignorance will lead us to failure whether we ignore it knowingly or unknowingly. In the field of aquaculture, I observed that the front runners who are directly responsible got various background and mindset. During the conversation with them, I also observed that the perception developed is devoid of scientific logic and as it percolates, creates a lot of deviation from the original principles. Hence tried to give introspection into the subject to review the conventional ideas and tried to re-explain the science, it's logic in a simpler way.
