This book is dedicated to all employees who contributed to the Inonu-Pal laboratory established in Malatya Inonu University in 2007-2010. This first part of the 20 chapters of the book consists of information written by Cemil Koyunoğlu in his spare time between the years of 2015-2016 at the Istanbul Technical University, where he went to work for his doctoral dissertation.
