As the third term of her second year in high school gets into full swing, Tomoko finds conversations blooming all around her! The days of awkward interactions with her classmates seem no more than a distant memory. Have the kids at school matured? Perhaps it's Tomoko who's changed? Or maybe the joke's on Tomoko...?!

The start of the culture festival draws near, and filming for the movie is about to end. Nemo is having second thoughts about her unsavory role in the production, but it seems to be a huge hit with the others—for better or worse! Conversely, when it comes time to film the baseball scene, no one is sure what to make of Kuroko’s unique vision, and even she isn’t convinced it’ll get the laughs she’s aiming for...

Tomoko's caught in a love triangle...and she doesn't even know it yet! First-year Akari is head-over-heels for Tomoko's kid brother, Tomoki. But thanks to Komi's meddling, Akari thinks she and Tomoko are rivals in love! When the three girls finally get together, the confrontation quickly devolves...into a heated debate about d*cks!

One with a tough, sports-crazed homeroom teacher, a somewhat friendly classmate, and a kid brother now stalking the halls of the same school with an even colder attitude toward his big sister... With all these things shaking up her high school life, will Tomoko be able to stick it out through her second year...?!

Tomoko’s movie still hasn’t gotten off the ground, and she’s in desperate need of inspiration. Stalling for reference material, she goes with Yuu and Komi to visit the culture festival at Yuu’s school. Seeing some of the other students’ work gives her a bunch of ideas, but as she begins to deviate from her original plan, her friends start to lose confidence in their director...With no clear vision and a skeptical team around her, just what kind of film is Tomoko going to make?!

Despite having made it to high school, her long-awaited promised land, poor Tomoko Kuroki continues to strike out with her peers and remains utterly, wretchedly unpopular.
