The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991-1992, volume 3, contains messages given by Brother Witness Lee from March 9, 1992, through April 19, 1993. Brother Lee ministered in Anaheim, California, from the beginning of 1992 until the end of the third week in May 1992. From there he traveled to Irving, Texas, for the Memorial Day weekend conference. He returned to Anaheim and remained there until the beginning of September, at which time he visited Seattle, Washington, for a weekend conference. He then returned to Anaheim and remained there until the end of the third week in November. During the last week in November he traveled to in Atlanta, Georgia, for the Thanksgiving weekend conference, after which he returned to Anaheim and remained there until early September 1993. The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991-1992, volume 2, contains messages given by Brother Witness Lee from August 31, 1991, through June 19, 1992. At the end of August 1991 Brother Lee traveled from Anaheim to Berkeley, California. In early September he returned to Anaheim and remained there until the end of November. During that time he visited Huntington Beach, California. At the end of November Brother Lee traveled to Reston, Virginia, for the Thanksgiving weekend conference. In early December he returned to Anaheim and remained there until the end of the third week in May 1992. From there he traveled to Irving, Texas, for the Memorial Day weekend conference. He returned to Anaheim and remained there until the beginning of September, at which time he visited Seattle, Washington, for a weekend conference. The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991-1992, volume 1, contains messages given by Brother Witness Lee from January 3 through December 17, 1991. In 1991 and 1992 Brother Lee spoke one hundred sixty-two messages that were published in the Life-study of Job, Life-study of the Psalms, Life-study of Isaiah, Life-study of Jeremiah, Life-study of Lamentations, Life-study of Daniel, Life-study of Hosea, Life-study of Joel, Life-study of Amos, Life-study of Obadiah, Life-study of Jonah, Life-study of Micah, Life-study of Nahum, Life-study of Habakkuk, Life-study of Zephaniah, Life-study of Haggai, Life-study of Zechariah, and Life-study of Malachi. These messages are not included in The Collected Works of Witness Lee. From January through August 1991, Brother Lee was in Anaheim, California. During that period he visited Los Angeles and Alhambra, California, in April. At the end of August he traveled to Berkeley, California. In early September he returned to Anaheim and remained there until the end of November. During that time he visited Huntington Beach, California. At the end of November Brother Lee traveled to Reston, Virginia, for the Thanksgiving weekend conference. In early December he returned to Anaheim and remained there until the end of the year. In this issue we will continue four lines of ministry. These chapters cover the building up of the vital groups, the need for one accord, prayer, and the release of the Spirit for blending, and exercising our spirit with prayer for the release of the Holy Spirit and for participation in the outpouring of the Spirit as power from on high for the dynamic impact in preaching the gospel and ministering Christ to others. The second line--Words for New Believers--contains chapters 5 through 8 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 1, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1932–1949. These chapters cover topics related to repentance and believing, forgiveness, cleansing, and sanctification. The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 9 and 10 of The Way to Practice the Lord's Present Move, which are in volume 5 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1985. These chapters speak of how to be watchful in life and faithful in service. The line then continues with chapters 1 and 2 of a new book, Reward and Punishment, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1955. These chapters cover the nature and function of the kingdom reward and God's thought concerning the kingdom reward. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 11 through 13 of The History of God in His Union with Man, which are in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991–1992. These chapters focus on God's history in time from the creation of the universe to the final judgment at the great white throne. The line then continues with chapter 1 of a new book, God's New Testament Economy, which is in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1984. This chapter contains an introductory word concerning God's economy, which is His plan to dispense Himself into redeemed humanity.

In this issue we will continue four lines of ministry. The first line—The History of the Lord’s Recovery—contains chapters 3 through 5 of Guidelines for the Propagation of the Lord’s Recovery, which are in volume 5 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1984. These three chapters, which complete the chapters from this book, speak of loving to live the normal church life, being fervent for the gospel by preaching in the homes and by spreading through migration, and bearing the responsibility to shepherd and teach in the homes and small groups. The section then continues with chapter 1 of a new book, Fellowship concerning the Urgent Need of the Vital Groups, which is in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991–1992. This chapter contains fellowship concerning the practice of the group meetings in the God-ordained way. The second line—Words for New Believers—continues with chapters 11 through 14 of Basic Principles of the Experience of Life, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1963. The chapters in this section speak of dealing with the self, the conscience, and the world. The third line—Maturing in Life—contains the final four chapters of The Subjective Experience of the Indwelling Christ, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1983. These chapters speak of living out Christ in our human virtues, the subjective salvation of the Triune God, and how to enjoy the subjective salvation of the Triune God. The fourth line—The High Peak of the Divine Revelation—contains the final two chapters of The Issue of Christ Being Glorified by the Father with the Divine Glory, which are in volume 5 of The Collected Works of Witness [8] Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters speak of the three aspects of the incorporation of the consummated God with the regenerated believers and of the functions of the Father’s house, the true vine, and the new child. The final two chapters in this section then begin a new book, The History of God in His Union with Man, which is in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991–1992. These chapters focus on God’s history in eternity past and God’s history in time.

This two-volume publication, Lessons on the Eldership, is composed of outlines and excerpts compiled from the ministry of Witness Lee and Watchman Nee. They are intended to be used by mature workers for the training of the elders and responsible brothers among the churches in the hope that these brothers will be perfected to labor fruitfully in the carrying out of God’s economy for the fulfillment of His purpose through the churches.

These chapters speak of the need of the present world, the divine truths in the Lord's recovery, and the blessing on the Lord's recovery, and of going by rising up by being filled with the consummated Spirit essentially and economically. They further speak of the Word and the Spirit for the meetings and of our need to be experienced in the Word and filled with the Spirit for the increase and the meetings. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 3 through 6 of The History of God in His Union with Man, which are in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991–1992. These chapters focus on God's history in time through His restoration of the judged universe and creation of man, through His saving of man from his fall, through His working on His saints from Abel to Noah and His judging of the world from Cain to Babel, and through His working on His elect from Abraham to Joseph.

The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 5 through 8 of The Way to Practice the Lord's Present Move, which are in volume 5 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1985. These chapters speak of God's economy in material things concerning our service to the Lord, the way to practice the Lord's present move, and being watchful in life and faithful in service. These chapters cover the marriage dinner of the Lamb and the appearance of the kingdom of the heavens. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 6 through 9 of God's New Testament Economy, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1984. These chapters cover the Son's sending of the Spirit and the Son's ascension and the baptism in the Spirit.
