Thomas Thompson (d.ca. 1795) was a farmer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He married Ann Finney, daughter of Joseph and Rebeccah Crispin Finney. The Finneys had originated in England and later lived for a time in Barbados. Thomas and Ann were the parents of eight children. In about 1750 they moved to Orange County, North Carolina. Their descendants lived in North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri and other parts of the United States.

William Mebane, parents not listed, was born in Northern Ireland about 1690. His wife's name is unknown. His family immigrated to the United States about 1719, settling in Pennsylvania He had 8 children. No record of William's death has been found, however it is assumed that he died about 1750 in Pennsylvania. His descendants have lived in North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, and other areas in the United States.

Bethuel Riggs was born in 1757 in Mendham Township, Morris County, New Jersey. He married Nancy Lee in about 1779 in WIlkes County, North Carolina. They had nine children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri and Texas.
